Impreglon Group to continue it's strong growth.
New record sales and profits in 1st quarter 2014.
The high speed of acquisitions in recent years begins to bear fruit. Most of the companies acquired in 2010 - 2012 are now successfully integrated in the Impreglon Group and contribute to the 1st quarter result with strongly improved profit margins. Most remarkable is the increase of earnings before taxes by over 400% in comparison to the 1st quarter 2013. This may also be attributed to better sales and plant utilization for the whole group, while there are still sufficient reserves for future growth.
Assuming a stable world economy for the full year management is optimistic to reach the projected goals of 140m Euro in sales in 2014.
Q1 March 31, 2014 Sales were 33,622 Euro

SafeCoat 600 used at Centre Parcs.
Centre Parcs new village at Woburn Forest opens in early summer 2014. Set in up to 400 acres of beautiful natural woodland surroundings, it offers an unparalleled setting for short breaks in the forest. Nature is the backdrop to everything at Centre Parcs.
The jewel in the crown of the sports and leisure activities is the Subtropical Swimming Paradise, a landscaped multi-purpose pool.
And an important component for customer safety and security is the pair of roller shutter doors manufactured and installed by Insulated Roller Shutter Products (IRSP) of Brierley Hill in the West Midlands. Founded in 1982, IRSP has grown to be one of the premier manufacturers of quality roller shutter products, exporting products from the company’s UK design and manufacturing facility to over 25 countries worldwide. IRSP's policy of constant research and development allows it to offer unlimited design options and unrivalled product performance. All IRSP products have undergone rigorous testing procedures to ensure that they not only pass, but exceed current international standards.
The two shutter doors are used to close off access to the pool at night time. The clever part of the IRSP design is that the doors are partially submerged in the pool. The involvement of Impreglon UK was to coat the various metallic components of the shutter doors in SafeCoat 601. Part of the SafeCoat 600 series anti-microbial coating range, SafeCoat 601 is white in colour.
SafeCoat 601 was used on the shutter doors to prevent microbial build up so as to ensure not only the environmental safety of Centre Parcs clients, but also to maintain the gloss white finish of the doors for many years to come.

Second Plant in China and updates for the USA and Australia.
After the first successful joint venture in Shanghai focusing on the automotive industry, the contract has now been signed for a second joint venture company in the Shanghai area. The new consolidation of the Shanghai based technology specialist KeyonTechs with Impreglon SE (51%) will concentrate on polymer and fluoropolymer coatings for general machinery manufacturers as well as production facilities in all different industries. Production is scheduled to begin in the second half of 2014.
To better serve customers in the oil and gas industry and accommodate the higher volume, Impreglon Surface Technologies in Houston, Texas has merged the divisions 'thermal spraying' and 'polymer coatings' in a new, larger facility at the existing location.
Despite the weak economy in Australia right now, Impreglon has to set the course for the future: The existing location is too small for new processes and the lease expires at the end of 2014. The new plant will be purchased by Impreglon Australia. It has ample space for expansion and is only five minutes away from the old location.
With 34 plants in 15 countries on four continents, Impreglon is one of the global leaders in surface technology.
